"The Newest Alternative to Compressors"

Turanair Systems, Inc. of South Florida has brought a new, efficient and eco-friendly method of powering pneumatic tools using portable tanks of compressed air as the energy source. We call these tanks, Work Bottles™.

These Work Bottles™ are easy to use, small (the size of a coffee thermos), lighweight, yet very powerful.  

Traditionally, pneumatic tools run by using a compressor and air hoses. They are heavy and loud, and need a constant energy source to make them run. The long, cumbersome air hoses are dregged around as work is accomplished.

Over the years, companies have tried different methods to create portability for workers such as batteries, fuel cells and small compressors as part of the tool. Batteries wear down and cannot be used rapidly or with any real power. Full cells expensive and all of which also take their tool on the environment. And who wants a small compressor attached to an air tool for extra weight and noise!

But no company has ever been able to create portability for all air tools, unil now!

Our stand alone portable Work Bottle™, simply straps on to a worker's belt eliminating the need for auxiliary equipment at jobsites, like loud generators and compressors and awkkward air hoses and extension cords. Our revolutionary system also eliminates the non-productive setup and breakdown time associated with these compressors and generators. 

Since pneumatic tools are likely to be used wherever any kind of installations, assembly, maintenance or their work is done, potential applications for this system are far-reaching; from cabinet makers, upholsterers, building contractors, pallet manufacturers, boat builders, maintenance crews, to field doctors and dentists. Even auto mechanics or aircraft mechanics or any kind of racing can benefit. Old style assembly plants will became obsolete because our system can offer instant portability on assembly lines or in production areas.
