Attached is a high quality coiled hose with a universal couple that fits all pneumatic air tools and most air devices.

2. Q: What type of tools can the T-FORCE™ Air Systems be used with?

A:  Its capabilities are wide-ranging from nail guns, pneumatic caulking guns, micro-pinners, staple guns, framing nailers, roof coil nailers, all sizes of brad nailers, lifting bags, chisels, air plugs, drills, rivet guns, impact wrenches, plasma cutters, assembly line tools and more!

3. Q: Is there a particular brand of nail gun or air tool I have to buy to use your system?

A: No. You can use all your own pneumatic nailers or virtually any other air tool on the market today. Our systems come with a high grade universal quick connect couple to attach to almost any air tool.

4. Q: How do I fill the T-FORCE™ Work Bottles™?

A: We offer three options depending on your workload; for light usage, you can use our Fill Adapter which you can take to any dive shop, paintball field or authorized refill location. Second, you can purchase a Reserve Tank that directly fills the T-FORCE™ 1000 Work Bottles™ only and third, you can purchase one of our portable high-pressure compressors. Refer to the Refill Options section for more information.

5. Q: Can I use my shop compressor to fill the T-FORCE™ Work Bottles™ and tanks?

A: No. Shop compressors are low-pressure, with a max output of 200psi.  Only a high-pressure compressor can refill our Work Bottles™ and tanks. Refer to the Refill Options section for more information.

6. Q: What other uses are there for the T-FORCE™ Air Systems besides residential and commercial construction?

A: The T-FORCE™ Air Systems can be used in virtually any industry; automotive, maintenance, aircraft, fire/rescue, armed forces, racing, assembly plants and many others.  It can be used from airbrushing, to changing tires with an impact wrench, to lifting heavy objects with lifting bags, pool floats, bicycle tires or sports balls or even automobile tires. Other uses include tools like drills, disc sanding, spraying or anything else with a constant cfm flow. Refer to the Work Bottles™ in the Products Section for the proper Work Bottle™ size and Regulator that would be needed to do your job.

7. Q: Is the air systems safe? Especially with a high pressure of 3000psi and 4500psi?

A: Yes, the T-FORCE™ Air Systems have many safety features built-in. These are the same bottles used in Paintball, Special Forces and Commercial Airlines. The Regulators also have several safety features. Another safety feature is that the air we breathe is inert, which means it is safe to use. For a full explanation on our safety features see the About Our Products section.

8. Q: Does the T-FORCE™ Air Systems have any safety ratings?

A: Yes. All of the Work Bottles™ and Reserve Tanks are D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) approved, Transport Canada approved and hydro-stat tested by the manufacturer. For a full explanation on our safety features see the About Our Products section.

9. Q: What are the gauges used for?

A: The high-pressure gauge (the one directly above the bottle/tank) allows you to monitor the air pressure inside your bottle/tank, whereas the low-pressure gauge tells you what the output air flow is to your tool.

10. Q: Does the air ever leak out even if the system hasn’t been used for a while?

A: No, the air will never leak out. Our Work Bottles™ are designed to hold in the compressed air even in extreme temperatures. For a full explanation on our safety features see the About Our Products section.

11. Q: Can I leave it in my vehicle where there are extreme temperatures?

A: Yes. This will not affect the air in the bottle/tank or the system in any way. Refer to the About Our Products section for more information.

12. Q: What is the average life span of the T-FORCE™ Air System?

A: The average life span of the system is approximately15 years provided it is properly maintained and taken care of.

13. Q: What is the warranty on the T-FORCE™ Air Systems?

A: The bottles/tanks have a fifteen year limited manufacturers’ warranty and the Regulators have a one year warranty. Refer to your information packet when you receive your products for specific warranty information.

14. Q: Do I need to wear a tool belt to use your system?

A: No. It is not necessary, but it does make it easier to safely climb ladders and scaffolding. Wearing the system on a belt along with your tool hook to hang your air tool on will allow you to be as hands-free, portable and self sufficient as possible!

15. Q: Is there any maintenance on the T-FORCE™ Air Systems?

A: There is no daily, weekly or monthly regular maintenance required because there is no oil or filters to change. There is a one year (or when it starts to get sluggish) maintenance that can be done. Refer to the Regulator Maintenance section for more information.

16. Q: Can I replace the hose or connectors on the Regulator with any other fittings?

A: No. The hose and connectors were specifically chosen for the Work Bottles™. Do not attempt to change the hose, fittings or connectors unless they are purchased from Turanair Systems, Inc. This will void your warranty.

17. Q: Do I need to buy special fittings for my pneumatic tools?

A:  No. The hoses we carry come with a high quality universal quick-connect fitting already attached to the regulator and fits long and short couplings on most of your air tools. Please call customer service for any other special requests at 888-778-8726.

18. Q: Can I fill the Work Bottles™ with any other gases?

A: Yes. Our Work Bottles™ can be filled with Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Helium and Argon. Refer to the Gas Options section for more information.

19. Q: What if my T-FORCE™ Air System needs repair?

A: Only Turanair Systems, Inc. of Deerfield Beach, Florida or one of their qualified representatives can repair any of our systems or products. There are some minor repairs that can be done on your own. Refer to the Regulator Maintenance section for more information.

20. Q: What kind of regulator is on the T-FORCE™ Work Bottles™?

A: It is our own design of a state-of-the-art, dual-stage regulator that can be dial- adjusted from 5psi to 200psi depending on your specific tool’s requirements. Because of the high grade parts and the polished smooth finish inside, there is no oil or fluid to replace. Refer to the About Our Products section for more information.

21. Q: How can the T-FORCE™ Air System save me time and money?

A: Time is money. Because our system is noise-free, your clients will allow you to start working earlier and staying later. Another time-saver is no more wasting time setting up and breaking down the traditional compressors, hoses and extension cords. Maintaining your old compressor and hoses can get costly and waste a lot of time. Under the Construction Industries section are Return On Investment Worksheets. These worksheets are designed to show your true time and money savings by purchasing a T-FORCE™ Air System.

22. Q: Are there any other portable systems on the market that are comparable to the T-FORCE ™ Air Power Systems?

A: There are some companies who have recently come up with a lesser CO2 version that are very limited. Although they can shoot a wide range of tools, they are slow or cannot shoot large guns at all, they freeze up frequently, CO2 is NOT SAFE to keep in your vehicle all the time especially in extreme temperatures and most tool manufacturers do not warranty their tools if they are used with CO2. Turanair™ is the only company with a system on the market that will shoot just about any air tool using clean, quiet, safe compressed air.
